As you know in some countries,Power Meters (the one provided by the electricity provider in the area) are not aware of the direction of power flow. the consumers will be charged for power even if it is given to the grid.
That is why we need limiter NOW!!!! It delivers only the power needed by the load and prevents delivering excess power hence avoids excess power in going back to urban Grid.
The small type solar grid tie power inverter can obtain the wind energy from wind turbine generator, and can tie to the grid through its output cables with no extra equipment. The installation is very convenient and reliable using in utility-interactive applications..
Working Principle
The inverter can be connected to any outlets of utility grid at house. The small grid tie inverter monitors the volume, frequency and phase of the home utility grid, then produce pure sine wave AC power that the frequency and phase are as same as the grid's, and the volume is a bit higher than the grid's, then according to the current controlled PWM, to control the output power to the grid. The small grid tie inverter just puts out power when the home grid is on.
1.Charging battery is allowance if connected with controller. But this will reduce the power supply current to your system. Because the battery and inverter are connected in parallel. This inverter can auto regulate the rest capacity of the battery, if wind are replaced by batteries as power source ;
2.When start the Limiter Sensor, the excess current will not be transferred to the grid, but it will limit the power generation of wind turbine generator;
3.When the internal temperature of inverter reaches 75 degrees, it will automatically start the high temperature protection to stop working. When the temperature drops to a safe range, the machine will restart to work.
4.Inner digital ICS and low power MCU design, so the power consumption of it is low, though the quantity of grid tie inverters is increased, but this will not increase the power consumption much of the entire system.
5.Through WIFI(optional) APP or PC to real-time view solar DC input voltage, current and grid voltage, current frequency and current limiting module working data. Let the system power generation working status can be viewed in real time. And through the computer platform, All power generation data can be stored and summarized statistics.
