Please check the following items
1. Whether the SIM card is inserted correctly.

【My camera is offline suddenly, what can I do?】
1.Please confirm whether your data plan has been run out. If yes, please top it up, then restart it manually or wait for 1 hour to restart automatically.
2.Please confirm whether your device is out of battery. If not, please charge it.
【Is this prepaid SIM card? how does the data plan charge? If I don't top up in time, will this camera go offline?】
It isn't prepaid SIM card. you need to buy SIM card with cellular data, and top up it in time, or it will be offline.
【How long is the battery life 】

【Why doesn't my battery stay at 100%?】
Power collected by the solar panel depends on the weather and available sunlight. If little energy is collected in a day, the battery level may go down. It can run for up to 6 months on battery and it will be charged once the weather is sunny.
【Can I use NAS/RTSP, is it ONVIF?】
NAS/RTSP/Onvif are not currently supported
【Does this camera support 24×7 recording?】
No. this camera isn't currently capable of 24/7 recording, we have other model solar battery camera support 24/7 recording, please contact customer service.
【Is there any monthly fee for storage? 】
The camera can record footage to a micro SD card, or to the encrypted Cloud storage with a 7-day free trial for new users.
