Solution for unmatched:
1.Make sure that the Bluetooth ofyour Apple device is turned on
2. Make sure the anti-loss device is turned on and close to the Apple device
3. Make sure the anti-loss device is not connected to any other Apple device
4. Ensure that the ios and iPad OS versions are 14.5 or above
5. lf the addition still fails after following the previous steps, please restorethe anti-loss device to factory Settings.
