Warranty Term:

1). All products are under one year warranty. (Excluding the accessories).
2). We offer free repair service for quality problem in first year after purchase. We offer free repair for quality problem or offer replaced parts for the returned parts during warranty period. We offer life-time after-sales service for the product at factory cost. The buyer pay shipping cost to send back the warranty product to us.
The spare parts and accessories are under 3 months warranty.
3). If the item is defective on its arrival, the customer has 3 days on the receipt date to exchange a new one.

Return Polocy:

1). Please contact us within 3 days for return after you receive the shipment. Contact in 3 days after receipt of goods is necessary for refund on the order.
Items returned after 30 days of delivery are only eligible for repair free.
2). The returned package should be exactly same as original parcel, with everything. We decline all responsibility for any damage during the return shipping.

The products printed with buyer's brand name can not be replaced with new one, but offer free repair for quality problem during warranty peried.

Shipping terms:

1, Please make sure your shipping address is correct. A telephone phone number is needed for express and safe delivery. If the shipping address is remote service by courier, there will have extra courier remote service charge at about 40USD.
