Introduction to common problems of machine use:
①Whether the installation of the water inlet pipe requires a gasket to be placed in the joint. If the gasket is not placed, air will leak and the machine cannot absorb water.
② When fixing the machine, pay attention to the alignment of the power wheel and the belt pulley of this machine. Large deviations may cause the main shaft to shift.
③The filter should be connected to the top of the water pipe before the water is sucked. If the sundries are sucked in, the machine will not be able to absorb water and suppress pressure.
③When working, please put your hands on the side of the pressure regulating valve flat, tighten the pressure regulating valve, and adjust to the pressure required for spraying. (If the spray gun is not connected during work or the machine has no pressure when it is used for water delivery, the pointer of the pressure gauge will not move)
The thickest interface on the front of the machine is the water inlet, the one with the valve on and off is the outlet for water pressure, and the one next to the pressure regulating valve is the backwater pressure relief port.
The water inlet pipe and the return water pressure relief pipe of the machine are put into the bucket together, and the water pressure outlet is connected to the high pressure spray pipe to work.
If the user installs a stirrer, please note that the stirrer should not be connected to the backwater pressure relief port of the machine. If it is connected, it will cause water leakage in the rubber ring of the pressure regulating valve.
