1. Unable to charge the hard drive battery
Please use the standard data cable and try to change the charging head or USB interface (it is generally recommended to use the USB interface that comes with the power strip or the USB interface of the computer, or a more expensive mobile phone charging head)
2. The computer cannot recognize the hard drive
Please use the standard data cable, connect one end of the double small head to the hard drive, and the USB head to the computer, or change the computer USB interface or try another computer
3. View the files that have been backed up on the hard drive
You can connect the phone and view it in the app, or connect it to the computer, it will automatically recognize it, and then the user can view it on the computer, but the corresponding different picture or video formats may require the corresponding player or picture viewing software on the computer
4. Copy the file from the computer to the hard drive, and it cannot be viewed on the mobile phone app (maybe the format is incompatible)
Supported file, picture, audio and video formats are as follows:

Please check whether the hard disk battery is charged.
If the white indicator light is not on when the round power button is pressed, it means that the hard disk needs to be charged for 2-3 minutes and then try again
