The machine control motherboard adopts RDC7132G system, which is a laser cutting and engraving control system integrated with drive and control, and integrates the XY axis stepping motor drive unit. The Z-axis control needs to be extended by an external step driver. Support USB2.0 and PC communication, and support U disk to copy files.
The X-axis adopts a linear guide rail motion structure, and the stepper motor engraving and cutting speed is smooth without jamming.
The electrical system is composed of control main board, laser power supply, switching power supply and filter, and the circuit is simple and clear.
The working area is 400 * 600mm, and the working platform can be honeycomb plate and knife blade platform.
The exhaust fan installed on the machine can discharge the smoke during operation, and the external power supply is installed. The machine voltage can be 110/220V.
Industrial laser head is adopted. The focal length can be 50.8mm, 63.5mm and 101.6mm.
The laser tube can be 50W/60W/80W/100W, and the brands include CVL, RECI, YONGLI and EFR.
12mm linear guide rail can be selected for Y-axis.
