To Record simply, slide the switch across and the light will then flash and then will go out after 5 seconds, it is now recording (After the Red light is Off) but only you will know this.
To Stop the recording, just push it off and it will then save automatically.
To Play the recording back, simply plug into your PC/MAC, click on the drive and choose the file you recorded.
