1. Why can't I log in to the app or website?
Please check that you entered the device's IMEI correctly. If you still can't log in even if you did, please send the device's IMEI to customer service and we'll recreate your account.
2. Why does the device show “unactivated” on the platform?
First, check that the three indicator lights on the device are on/flashing and that there's sufficient balance on the SIM card. Secondly, check that the device's IP, port, and APN settings are correct. If you're unsure, you can verify by sending the command: CXZT.
3. Why does the device show “offline” on the platform?
Send the SMS command “CXZT” to the device to check that the GPS settings, IP address, port number, and APN are correct.
4. Why does the device show “sea location” on the platform?
This indicates that the GPS signal is currently unavailable. Please place the device in an open area to obtain a good GPS signal.
5. Why does the device show an incorrect location?
Please check that the device's location is correct. Our devices have two locations: one for the device and one for the phone. This indicates that a location test was performed before sending the device or that the GPS signal was lost. Please place the device in an open area to obtain a good GPS signal.
