AHD/TVI/CVI/CVBS hybrid DVR/HDVR or CCTV tester is required to obtain camera images in corresponding format. Without AHD/TVI/CVI DVR/HVR, you CAN NOT get AHD/TVI/CVI camera images with direct connection to regular monitor, unless your monitor supports AHD/TVI/CVI input. Besides, make sure your DVR/HVR supports 1080P AHD/TVI/CVI input. — VERY IMPORTANT!

It is developed by the reputable video processor designer Nextchip headquarted in Korea, who is well-known for CCD ISP NVP2040/2041 (760H), NVP2080/2090 (960H), CMOS ISP NVP2430/2431 (960P) and NVP2410/2421/2400/2440/2441 (1080P), etc. Compared with other coaxial HD solutions, AHD features easy upgrading current analog system to HD, 500m transmission over 75-3 cable, supporting 960H/D1 display (subject to camera R&D), open R&D platform and better cost-efficiency.
