Q&A
1. I need to use your platform, but I find that the login is unsuccessful. What should I do?
If you need to use our tracking platform after receiving the device, please check whether the IMEI of the device has successfully created an account for you.
If not, please send the IMEI of the device to the TrackerKing customer service.
2. What should I do if the device shows that it has not been activated successfully?
Please first check whether the chip used in the device is a SIM card and not an M2M chip (the M2M chip needs to be used after the APN is set with the SIM card)
If you are using a SIM card but still cannot activate successfully, you can turn on the switch of the device, connect it to the vehicle or make sure that the device is not indoors and connect to a 12V power supply for inspection.
3. I have my own tracking platform. Can we use the device on my platform?
Our device supports the modification of IP and port. There are corresponding instructions in the manual. You can replace the IP and port with your own platform. Because this product is a single 4G device, it is recommended that you purchase a sample to test the effect first.
4. I need to log in to your platform. Does your platform have a monthly fee?
Our platform has no monthly fee. It is free for one year starting from the day you activate your device.
