There are two version for option:


It is a multi-functions of KONLEN WIFI dual temperature controller with two relay outputs. If connect one temperature sensor, it can realize single temperature controls dual-channels of relay outputs. If connect with two temperature sensors, it can realize dual temperature control , or one for temperature control, the other for temperature difference control. One dual temperature controller is equal to the functions of two temperature controllers or one temperature controller and one temperature difference controller.
Application:
The products are widely applied to various commercial and industrial occasions, such as HVAC systems (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning), hot water engineering, Boiler, breeding, hatching, intelligent electromechanical equipment and other heating and cooling control.

Product Show:

A: Display the real time temperature of channel 1 sensor
B: Display the real time temperature of channel 2 sensor
C: Status indicator of Ch1 relay output, flashes when the relay is closed.
D: Status indicator of Ch2 relay output, flashes when the relay is closed.
1. Relay CH1 manual switch or for parameter setting, short press, temperature increase 0.1, long-press, increase temperature quickly
2. Relay CH2 manual switch or for parameter setting: short press, temperature reduce 0.1; long-press, reduct temperature quickly.
3. Short-press to enter into menu setting,
4. Short-press exit setting, return to working mode.
Tip: The CH1 switch and CH2 switch can be turned on or off manually only when the temperature or temperature difference is between the stop value and the start value. The manual switches will be ineffective if the current temperature is outside of start value and stop value.

Terminal 1:Relay output CH1 normal open (N.O.)
Terminal 2:COM of relay CH1
Terminal 3: Relay output CH1 normal closed (N.C.)
Terminal 4 & 5: two versions: 1. powered by AC220V (available from 210V to 240V)
2. powered by DC12V.
Terminal 6:Relay output CH2 normal open (N.O.)
Terminal 7:Relay output CH2 normal closed ( N.C)
Terminal 8:COM of relay CH2
Terminal 9 & 10:Connect with sensor CH1
Terminal 10 & 11: Connect with sensor CH2
App instruction:

1. product name: can be edited
2. display real time temperature of sensor CH1
3. display real time temperature of sensor CH2
4. Relay output CH1 control mode: heating or cooling
5. Relay output CH2 control mode: heating, cooling, alarm output or temperature difference control
6 & 7. Relay CH1 switch and Relay CH2 switch.
8. CH2 mode setting: heating, cooling, alarm output or temperature difference control can be settable.
9. Enable/disable alarm message push.
10. History log.
11. CH1 CH2 sensor status: can display sensor normal, error, temperature up limit and temperature lower limit
alarm etc.,
12. Display temperature difference of sensor 1 and sensor 2
13. Set upper and lower temperature limit of starting and stopping relay output CH1.
14. Set upper and lower temperature limit of starting and stopping relay output CH2.
Can also set temperature difference up down limit of starting and stopping relay output CH2.
15 & 16: Set upper limit and lower limit of temperature alarm.
17. Calibrate temperature of sensor 1 and sensor 2
Control Mode 1: Dual temperature control cooling or heating.

Sensor CH1 can control the equipment connected with relay output switch CH1 heating or cooling. If the start-temperature is > stop-temperature, it is cooling mode. If start-temperature is < stop-temperature, it is heating mode.
Sensor CH2 can control the equipment connected with relay output switch CH2 heating or cooling.
If the option of CH2 working mode is heating, the current temperature ≤ CH2 lower limit, turn on relay CH2; ≥ CH2 upper limit, turn off relay CH2.
If the option of CH2 working mode is cooling, the current temperature ≥ CH2 upper limit, turn on relay CH2, ≤ CH2 lower limit, turn off relay CH2;

Control Mode 2:
CH1 for temperature cooling / heating control, CH2 for temperature difference control.

Sensor CH1 can control the equipment connected with relay output switch CH1 heating or cooling.
If the start-temperature is > stop-temperature, it is cooling mode. If start-temperature is < stop-temperature, it is heating mode.
The temperature difference of sensor CH1 and CH2 control relay output CH2 turning on / off.
Temperature difference = high temperature probe value – low temperature probe value
The current temperature difference ≥ temperature upper limit, turn on relay CH2,
The current temperature difference ≤ temperature lower limit, turn off relay CH2.
Control Mode 3:
CH1 for temperature cooling / heating control, CH2 for alarm output control.

Sensor CH1 can control the equipment connected with relay output switch CH1 heating or cooling. If the start-temperature is > stop-temperature, it is cooling mode. If start-temperature is < stop-temperature, it is heating mode.
If the option of CH2 working mode is alarm output, users can connect a siren to relay output CH2. The siren will make alarm with sound & flash when current temperature of sensor CH2 is upper or lower than preset limit.
