When you feel that this determination is valid, you memorize the direction. Then, move the instrument about 10 meters to the left or right and repeat the process of determining the approach as described above. Observe the direction of this determination. The intersection of the two directions is the buried position of the object.
4. If you feel that the exact position you have just measured is still off, you can determine it from another point of view. If the object is within 10 meters, you should walk slowly and smoothly along one of the routes. When you pass the object and are directly above it, the antenna of the instrument will be shaken on both sides. At this point, the measured position will be very accurate.
