Recently, a customer reported a problem with the high noise level of our product. We conducted experimental testing and captured a video of the decibel meter testing the sound emitted by both normal speech and the maximum wind speed of a fan. The test showed that the decibel level in the scenario of human speech was around 70 decibels, while our product measured the maximum wind speed of no more than 50 decibels at a distance of 30cm from the decibel meter. This is a very small sound in high-power fans.
