50.5mm Sanitary Tri-Clamp Flush Diaphragm Pressure Transmitter

The HHD 50.5mm Sanitary Tri-Clamp Flush Diaphragm Pressure Transmitter is designed for hygienic pressure measurement in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, biotech and other sanitary process applications.

The flush diaphragm design eliminates the conventional narrow pressure port, helping reduce residue buildup and clogging when measuring viscous, sticky, crystallizing or particle-containing media. The smooth sensing surface is easier to clean and is especially suitable for process tanks, mixing vessels, reactors and sanitary pipelines.

The transmitter uses a 50.5mm sanitary Tri-Clamp process connection with 316L stainless steel wetted parts. A standard sanitary clamp and gasket secure the transmitter to the process ferrule, allowing quick installation, removal and maintenance.

Flexible Range, Output and Display Options

The pressure range can be selected within -0.1 MPa to 10 MPa according to the application.

Available output signals include:

4–20mA | 0–10V | 0–5V | RS485 Modbus

Standard power supply is 10–32VDC, with 3–5VDC low-power versions available for customization.

Electrical connection options include:

Hirschmann Connector | Waterproof Cable Gland | Aviation Plug | Explosion-Proof Cable Gland

Optional LCD display or LED digital display is available for local pressure indication.

Standard & High-Temperature Versions

Three temperature configurations are available:

• Standard Version: -40°C to +85°C

• High-Temperature Version: -40°C to +150°C with 3 cooling fins

• Ultra-High-Temperature Version: -40°C to +200°C with 5 cooling fins

With accuracy up to ±0.25%FS, temperature drift of ±0.01%FS/°C, overload capacity of 200%FS, and long-term stability of ±0.15%FS/year, the transmitter is suitable for reliable industrial pressure monitoring.
