1. Can it connect to WiFi?
This lock is a Bluetooth version. To connect to WiFi, you need to add an additional gateway. We have compatible B4 gateways available for purchase in our store.
2. Can I unlock the door remotely without a gateway?
Can be unlocked remotely, just generate a temporary dynamic password on the APP, no network required
3. How long does the battery last? Do I need to replace the battery frequently?
This product uses 4 AA alkaline batteries, which can unlock 1500 to 2000 times and can generally be used for 4 to 6 months. If the battery is low, the door lock will issue a prompt, and you need to pay attention and replace the batteries in time.
4. Can it connect to Alexa, Google Assistant?
The Tuya version of the lock cannot connect to Alexa and Google
5. The smart lock is out of battery, how do I open the door?
Method 1: If the smart lock is out of power, you can use the spare mechanical key to unlock it.
Method 2: The smart lock has a Type-C port on the front panel. If the lock is out of power, you can use a mobile power bank to power it up and then unlock it.
6. Is the product waterproof? Can it be used outdoors and exposed to sunlight?
Waterproof, but cannot be exposed to the sun for a long time, so it can only be installed on the entrance door with a shield.
7. What temperature does it work at?
This lock can work normally in the temperature range of -20 degrees Celsius to 50 degrees Celsius.
