Operating Instructions for Diesel Vehicle Fuel System

1.Connect the two fuel hoses to the quick connectors of the cleaning bottle and tighten them securely.
2.Add an appropriate amount of cleaning agent into the bottle and hang it under the engine hood.
3.Disconnect the engine’s fuel inlet and return pipes. Select suitable adapters to connect the fuel inlet pipe to the outlet pipe of the cleaning bottle, and connect the fuel return pipe to the return pipe of the cleaning bottle. Tighten all connections securely.
4.Disconnect the engine fuel pump fuse.
5.Start the engine. The engine will generate a vacuum to draw the cleaning agent into the fuel system, cleaning the fuel lines and injectors. Check all connections for leaks.
6.Keep the engine idling and monitor the fluid level in the bottle.Turn off the engine before the cleaning agent is completely consumed. (Note: Before it is completely consumed)
7.Reconnect the engine’s fuel pipes and the fuel pump fuse.Start the engine again and check all connections for leaks.
8.Clean up the work area, clean the cleaning bottle equipment, and complete the operation.
Note: Ensure all connections are secure and leak-free during operation. Follow safety protocols to avoid exposure to chemicals.

5.Try to choose a ventilated place for the work site to prevent nitrogen from being inhaled into the body.

6.The work site must be equipped with fire extinguishers and other fire fighting equipment.

7.Drain the water in the compressor every day to prevent excessive water from entering the cleaning machine and causing malfunctions.

8.Do not breathe the cleaning liquid mist emitted by the cleaning machine and engine.

9.Open the fuel cap box before opearation.

10.After cleaning,the air connectoe must be disconnected first,and then cut off other connecting pipes.

11.If there is leakage in the cleaning equipment and all interfaces during cleaning,it should be deal with immediately and then continue cleaning.

12.The pressure must not exceed the rated value of the equipment when using.
