How It Works:

1.Preparation:

Confirm the issue is with the ESL module. Similar symptoms may be caused by faulty keys, ignition switches, or relay modules.
If the steering lock is engaged, remove the ESL before installation.
Installation:

2.Disconnect the ELV wire from the original steering lock unit.
Plug in the emulator to the car’s connector.
Testing:

3.Insert the key into the ignition.
Check the LED indicator:
Green Light: Connection successful; the car is ready to start.
Red Light: Key mismatch or EIS issue.
No Light: Inspect power supply and wiring.

Important Notes:

VIN Encoding: If replacing the ignition with a used unit, ensure the chassis number (VIN) matches; otherwise, the engine won’t start.
Faulty Diagnosis: Similar issues can occur due to faulty keys or ignition switches—confirm the ESL is the problem.
