High Temperature Pressure Transmitter 200℃ / 500℃

The HHD High Temperature Pressure Transmitter is designed for pressure measurement of steam, hot oil, thermal fluid, boilers, reactors, chemical processes and other high-temperature industrial media.

To protect the sensing element and electronics from excessive process heat, the transmitter uses a multi-stage cooling structure that reduces heat transfer from the process connection to the transmitter body.

Two high-temperature versions are available:

200C Version – 10 Cooling Fins
Designed for process medium temperatures from -40°C to +200°C. The compact multi-fin cooling structure provides effective thermal isolation for common high-temperature industrial applications.

500C Version – 15 Cooling Fins + Upgraded Cooling Structure
Designed for process medium temperatures from -40°C to +500°C. In addition to 15 cooling fins, the process-pressure transmission and heat-dissipation structure is upgraded to further reduce heat transfer to the sensing and electronic sections.

With ±0.25%FS accuracy, the transmitter supports multiple industrial signals:

4-20mA | 0-10V | RS485 Modbus

Standard electrical connection is a Hirschmann connector. Optional configurations include LCD display, waterproof cable connection, aviation plug and explosion-proof transmitter head.

Typical applications include steam pipelines, boilers, thermal oil systems, reactors, chemical equipment, power plants, heating systems and high-temperature process pipelines.
