二,【发货时间】

三,【破损补发】
尽管我们的产品包装很结实,但由于因交付给第三方长途运输配送,所以有一定的风险,对灯具的挤压在所难免,尤其是玻璃制品的灯罩,如果在收到货时发现其中的灯罩或配件破损的话,请立即与我们联系并提供破损配件的照片,我们会免费快递好的配件补寄给您.

四,【运费说明】
买家可选预付或提付两种付款方式:
A:预付是买家与卖家确定好邮费后,买家先将邮费付给本厂,由本厂代收付给快递公司.
B:提付是货物送达时买家直接付款给快递公司.
温馨提示:发货途径为快递,可预付,可提付.发货方式为物流的,一律发提付.
五,【支付方式】

六,【运输说明】
一般发货有两种途径:物流,快递
A:物流的优点是运费便宜,不足之处是时间稍慢一点以及要自己到货运场去提货;物流货到后会电话通知,请买家问清提货地址以及电话,然后带收货人的身份证去提货.
B:快递的优点是运输速度快且送货上门,缺点是运费比物流贵点.所以发货如果不急的话一般建议发物流.快递原则上送货上门(如在送货范围我)
七,【收货问题】
本店发出的快递,会要求快递公司”电话联系,本人签收”,请买家签收时注意快件外包装是否完好.对于货品过多没法–一一当场验货的,请在签收货后第一时间开箱验货和及时核对,如有数量短缺,规格不符,商品破损等类似问题请在签收后的72小时内与我们客服联系,可电话或旺旺我们的客服,以便我们第一时间为你核实并处理,预期我们将不予受理.
八,【售后服务】
