Warm Tips:

1. Once the items arrived, please check that the package is in good condition. While you opened the package , please shoot an unpacking video. If there is any damaged to the product, please contact us immediately.

2. Since the LCD screen is fragile and of high value, it is necessary and important to take a video when opening the package. This will be a valid evidence when you receive a damaged LCD screen or shortage. If you don't follow this requirement, we will not be held liable if this happens.

3. The LCD screen must be tested before installation. (Only link the LCD screen to the motherboard for testing, as shown in the picture.). Do not install the LCD screen before testing. And remember to shoot the test video before installation. If there is a problem with the product during the test, please contact us immediately. If you are satisfied with the product after the test. Then you can install it on your phone.

4. Since the LCD screen is fragile and high in value, it is necessary and important to test it and take a video before installation (Whether you install it yourself or ask professional maintenance personnel to install it). This will be valid evidence when you receive the LCD screen with problem. If you do not comply with this requirement, we will not take any responsibility if this happens.

5. All products will be tested before delivery. There is a special “JBH” label on the back of the LCD screen. Please keep it on the LCD screen. This is a valid proof of warranty. If you install it directly without testing the LCD screen before installation, once the LCD screen is damaged during the installation process, the warranty will be invalid. The order is non-refundable!

6. Repair is a fun and inspiring thing, but it also requires some professional skills. If you are not proficient in repair and assembly, all installation operations should be performed by a repair center or professional maintenance personnel. Once an item is damaged during assembly or disassembly, it will run out of warranty. If you give it to professional maintenance personnel for installation, please also remember to ask professional maintenance personnel to test it and take a video before installing.

Other:

Delivery time: We will send the package for you in about 24 hours. The holiday will be delayed by a few days.

Impurities: If impurity appears on the LCD screen, it is caused by the test before shipment. It will not affect the use of the LCD screen. You can install it with confidence.

Parcel arrival time: The arrival time of parcels in different countries is different, you can contact us to check the arrival time of the parcel in your country.

The received product is a bit different: If the product you received is a little different from the picture, don't worry, it is caused by the different production batches in the factory.

Glue: Glue is a liquid and is a special item. It cannot be sent with the LCD screen. If there is glue in the package, the package may be detained by the customs. We will give you 3M adhesive paper for installation.

Defects: We will test the LCD screen before shipment to make sure it is not defective.
