Regarding the precautions before purchase:
1. After the purchase is completed, please note that when the package arrives at the customs of your country, you will need to assist in handling the customs clearance procedures and pay the relevant taxes. For specific explanations about tariffs, you can refer to the explanations about tariffs when making the payment order. If you have any questions before or after the purchase, please contact us at any time.
2. Before or after the purchase, please provide us with pictures of your original car lights so that we can confirm the information of the original car lights (halogen lights, xenon lights, LED lights) and whether they have AFS function. Please send us these detailed information. We will confirm whether these lights can be used to avoid situations where the goods are delivered but cannot be used correctly.
3. If you find any damage to the package during receipt, please ask the post office for photos of the damage and confirm the extent of the damage. At the same time, request the post office to provide proof of the damage. This is to protect the interests of the buyer.
4. If there are any problems during installation or during the use of the product after receiving the product, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to solve these problems. Our warranty period is one year.
