When the locator is out of the Bluetooth range of the phone. The locator needs other Android phones nearby, and the nearby Android phones must also be registered or use the Google Find Hub application. Then the locator can effectively update the location.

Q: Why can't my Android phone connect to smart Card ?
A: This is usually because the user missed the automatic pop-up window of Tag, you can try to restore the factory settings. Please refer to the product manual
How to reset Smart Card :
First, make sure the card is powered on. Then press it 5 times in a row. Do not release your hand on the fifth time.You must press and hold until you hear a sound.Then release your hand.Indicates successful factory reset.
