Common problem:
1. What should I do if my fingerprint cannot be recognized?
Usually fingerprint recognition is unsuccessful, usually because the fingerprints are worn, peeled, scratched, dirty,
Fingers are too wet, or there is dirt or water droplets on the fingerprint collection port. Fingers and fingerprints must be guaranteed
Only when the window is clean and dry can the recognition succeed.
