Key operation instruction
1 .The way to check parameter:
Under normal working status shows the real-time temperature , press “set” key show the screen flash then press“up”key it displays temperature setting value; press“down”key it displays the difference value.
2. The way to set parameter:
Long Press” set” key for 5 seconds could to be the inner setting, press the ” ent” button could be back when setting the temperature. Under normal working status , long press the “ent” button could on/off the devices
Heating and Cooling mode setting: Press and hold the“up”key button 3 seconds to start temperature flashing, use“up” or “down”key button to set start temperature valve.Press and hold the“up”key button 3 seconds to stop temperature flashing, use“up” or “down”key button to set stop temperature valve.
Heating Mode–Start temperature<Stop temperature
Cooling Mode–Start temperature>Stop temperature
Normal mode: The red digital tube on the left shows the real-time temperature, the blue digital tube on the right shows the set temperature.
Setting mode: The red digital tube on the left displays the setting mode, the blue digital tube on the right displays the setting contents.
Press”up”and “down ” and key together for 2 seconds could restore the system
Operation instruction
P0: Working Mode
It need to set this mode when get the controller, setting for the “H” if need to be heating mode, if need to for the cooling mode to set for the “C”
P1: Return Difference Value
The return difference value is when the thermostat reaches the setting temperature and stops, the difference when the thermostat required to work again.
For example, if we set the heating mode, the temperature is 37-40℃ , then return difference value will be 3 degrees
P2: High temperature alarm
When the temperature reach the setting valve, it will have the temperature alarm and stop working
P3: Low temperature alarm
When the temperature below the setting valve, it will have the temperature alarm and stop working
P4: Temperature correction
If tested temperature is different from the real-time temperature, you could use this function to correct the temperatue, final corrected temperature= tested temperature + temperature correction. For example , the temperature we tested is 25.6℃ but the real-time is 25.8℃, it could set P4 for 0.2, then the final corrected temperature is 25.6 + 0.2 =25.8 .
P5: Delay start
Generally this function is used for compressor refrigeration. If the thermostat works for refrigerator and freezer, then it must set this value for it . Generally, the setting value is less than 3-6 minutes according to the size of the compressor back pressure.
P6: °C/°F adjustable
If need to show the ℉ valve, it could adjust the unit for ℉ ,and the “℃/℉ convert light” will be on.
If need to show the ℃ valve, it could adjust the unit for ℃ ,and the “℃/℉ convert light” will be off.
If need to adjust faster and do not to P6, exit display and long press “up” key 3 seconds from °C to °F.
Safety Regulations
Danger:
1. Strictly distinguish the sensor down-lead, power wire and output relay interface from one another, and prohibit wrong connections or overloading the relay.
2. Dangers: Prohibit connecting the wire terminals without electricity cut-off.
Warning:
Prohibit using the machine under the environment of over damp, high temp., strong electromagnetism interference or
strong corrosion.
Notice:
1.The power supply should conform to the voltage value indicated in the instruction.
2.To avoid the interference, the sensor down-lead and power wire should be kept a distance.
