1. What is the payment term? T/T 30% advance payment, 70% balance payment before loading. For customized products, T/T 100% advance payment. 2. What is the delivery time? About 10-15 working days after receiving the advance payment and customer’s final confirm of invoice and drawing. For customized products and projects, it will depend on. 3. What is the price term? Price is based on current exchange rate, current material cost and ocean freight. 4. What is the MOQ? 1 set. 5. How about the maintenance? We will supply standard video for reference, and online assistance. The lifespan of cold storage can be more than 7 years under the regular maintenance. 6. How about the Installation? If you require installation assistance, we can send engineer to your location, you need to ensure the safety of engineer, and to pay engineer labor charge, visa, transportation fee, accommodation and food charge, insurance expenses, and the other charge during installation. 7. What is the guarantee term? 12 months since the delivery date. Within the guarantee period, if under the proper installation and usage, we will afford the repair or replace the parts covered by warranty for free.
