2.What is “Alexa”?

Alexa speaker is a smart speaker released by AWS (Amazon Web Services)

3, The doorbell must work with 2.4G WIFI of router, can't work with 5G WIFI, if your router has both 2.4G and 5G, please close the 5G firstly then connect it to the APP,

Q1.Can I talk with visitors on APP?
A1: Can not, this door camera only have microphone, do not have speaker. So you can hear vistors on app, but they can not hear you on the door.
Q2.How to wifi connect ?
A2:1: Turn off the device first, then connect the camera to the display screen. After connecting, the device can be turned on to display images.
(note: charg device full power first;the installation direction of the camera cable should be correct;Do not fold or pull the camera cable,if the cable is damaged, it cannot transmit images, please change the cable)
2. Open APP – Register Login – Add Device – camera&lock-smart doorbell.
3. Turn on the device and press and hold the screen button for more than 5 seconds until you hear the voice prompt for network configuration from the device.
4. Select “next” on the app, enter your WiFi password, then generate a network QR code, scan code by the camera, scan the code for pairing, and receive a device voice prompt indicating successful network configuration.
(Note: the device connected WiFi is the same one as your phone wifi; the device does not support 5G WiFi, and the dual band integration function of the router needs to be turned off. Please select 2.4G WiFi.)
Attention: If the network configuration fails, please confirm whether the WiFi password is correct and whether the router has turned off the dual frequency integration function. Then follow the configuration steps to try again.

Q3.Why battery only last few days?
A3: 1. Please turn off the device to charge by 5V 1A above 4 hours, The charging indicator light will change from red to be green after it is full power. 2. If there is a TF card, please take out the TF card and charge the device full to try again; Low qualified TF card will lead to an increase in power consumption. 3. Please check the average number of alarm records per day. If there are too many records, please lower the pir sensitivity.
Q3‘.What battery is used in the doorbell? How long is the standy time?
A3’: Built-in lithium 5000mAh battery and easy charge by USB 5V 1A( No use fast charger!); 3 meters charging cable included to charge easily.standy time 3 months (PIR alarm is not turned on), After the PIR alarm is turned on, the battery can only last about 600 times at most, the usetime is about 20~30 days normally.
Q4. I bought TF card with doorbell, but I did not find the TF card? How many video recordings 32GB TF card can have ?
A4: TF card is inserted in device already, please kindly check and find it.
For 15 seconds video recording, it's about 14300 records, which can be used for 715 days according to 20 records per dayAutomatic overwrite when TF card is full, or format the card in the APP
Q5. Can I use my 128GB TF card in the device?
Q6. Why show “offline” on the APP after connected wifi?
A6: Display device offline solutions: 1. Remove the device from app, then press the screen button above 5 seconds to add the device again; 2. Check whether the device has above 30% power; 3. Check the network (1. Network status; 2. 2.4G network connected); 4. if there is a TF card in device, Remove the TF card to check again.
Q7. How to record image and video?
A7:Support free image cloud storage few days, but video cloud storage requires a fee.
You can use TF cards store videos instead (please choose “add 32GB card” SKU to order)
Q8: Why no alarm?
A8:Only support stay alarms. It means people staying at the door within 2 meters for above 3 seconds,the door camera will capture images or save videoes and push alarms; below 3 seconds or above 2 meters, it will not take picture or video and alarm.
Q9: What is Alexa?
A9:Support Alexa speakers, alexa speaker is a smart speaker released by aws- If you need works with Echo show, please select the SKU with Alexa words. It works to wake up doorbell camera via voice command: “Alexa, show me device name” or ” Hey, google, show me device name”
