1,The lock of ttlock style can realize voice work with Google Assistant  work with Alexa control lock when used with G2 ttlock gateway,while any other lock has no voice control function.
2,The lock has NFC unlocking function, but only some smartphones can use NFC unlocking. Please refer to the actual situation

Tuya lock function settings
1. Remote request for unlocking
Press the ‘#’ key on the lock to issue a remote request. After receiving the request, the app will display “Request remote door opening”, pull the key icon to the right to agree, and complete unlocking.
2. The door opening record can be queried for associated users, while non associated users (users added to the lock) can manually associate with the application in the record

3. The member management lock must have a super administrator password added in order to perform the following operations.
Add Members
(1) Add administrator first: Press “1 # 123456 # 11” on the lock, hear the “beep beep” sound, and enter the administrator password (custom 6-digit password+# key to end). Repeat twice. Please refer to the manual “4.1 Lock Settings” for detailed operations.
(2) Enter the graffiti intelligent app and click on “Member Management”. After entering the page, click on the “+” sign in the upper right corner to add members. Click
Members have verification methods such as fingerprint, password, and door access. Select the “+” sign under the corresponding verification method to issue the add command.
(3) Wake up the keyboard at the lock end, press “5 #” to receive the add command, and operate the input after hearing the voice.
Delete member (1) Open the graffiti intelligent app, click to enter “Member Management”, click on the corresponding user, and hold down the verification method that needs to be deleted
Slide left to pop up ‘Delete’, click ‘Delete’ and confirm.
(2) Wake up the digital interface on the lock, press “6 #” to receive the confirmation command, and the APP and lock deletion verification method are completed.
4. Click on “Temporary Password” on the smart app for temporary password graffiti, select the password type, password parameters, etc. as needed, and generate the password. Enter the generated password on the lock (note that the number of digits and content of the password must be completely consistent with the generated one) to unlock the lock.
Unlimited number of password settings: When the network is in good condition, click on the unlimited number of temporary passwords, click Add, and set the effective and expiration time according to the prompts. Click to randomly generate a temporary password. Visitors can unlock the lock with the temporary password within the set time, with no limit on the number of times.
Offline one-time password: Suitable for use without a network. Click on the one-time password, click on Add, Obtain a one-time password, and then click Finish to copy the password and send it to visiting friends (the one-time password is valid for 6 hours and can only be used once).
Unlimited password: The operation method is the same as before (valid for 24 hours and can be used multiple times).
5. Restore initial factory settings
(1) Click on the icon in the upper right corner of the main interface, enter the interface, drag down to find “Remove Device”, and click on it.
(2) Method to forcibly exit a connected mobile phone: Lock and repeat the request for network distribution, press the reset button 3 times (operate 2 times), and you can automatically
Delete the original connected phone.

TTlock lock function settings
1. Remote unlocking: Door locks with gateway configuration can be unlocked remotely through the gateway after opening this function. This function can only be turned on and off near the lock through mobile Bluetooth.
2. Automatic locking: The locking time can be customized from 1 to 60 seconds, with a default of 5 seconds. After opening or modifying the settings, please open the lock once to make the time take effect.
3. Normally open mode: The normally open time can be set by oneself. Within the set normally open time, the lock will remain in the open state until manually closed.
4. Lock sound: After the function is turned on, a smart lock prompt sound can be heard.,
5. Reset/Reset Key: After opening, you can use the APP to add again by long pressing the reset/reset key on the lock. shut
After closing, the reset key/reset key is invalid, and the lock can only be added again after being deleted through the app.
Import data from other locks: The app can import valid electronic keys, passwords, and IC cards (single electronic key) from other locks
Except for keys and single password, and fingerprint import is not supported.
Lock upgrade: The lock can be firmware upgraded through the app. Firmware upgrade needs to be done next to the lock through Bluetooth.
After successful upgrade, the original functions such as keys, passwords, IC cards, fingerprints, etc. can continue to be used normally.
Unlock reminder: There will be a reminder when unlocking, which can be opened or closed.

Operation process:
① Add locks and gateways using the Smart Lock App.
② Turn on the “Remote Unlock” function of the lock in the app (default is off). If the app does not have this option, the lock does not support Alexa.
③ Add Skill in Alexa and authorize with the account and password of the smart lock app. After successful authorization, the devices under the account can be discovered.
④ Find the lock in the Alexa App, activate the voice unlock function, and set the voice password.
⑤ Complete configuration through Alexa lock operation.
2, for Google Home voice pack functionality
Support voice: English
Operation process:
① Add locks and gateways using the Smart Lock App.
② Turn on the “Remote Unlock” function of the lock in the app (default is off).
