The newly launched DXTECH X3500 H-beam dedicated laser cutting system integrates the tw2.1-0001 intelligent five-axis cutting head developed specifically for efficient H-beam cutting, which leads the industry with its excellent performance. The machine adopts a stable gantry frame design, which can flexibly cope with the complex processing requirements of various profiles such as H-beams, channels and I-beams, including but not limited to bevel cutting of webs and flanges, wedge lock production and precise bolt hole processing. It adopts an innovative open double-station layout, which significantly shortens the loading and unloading time of materials and realizes seamless connection of production processes. This 3D five-axis laser cutting machine also incorporates high-precision floating axis technology, which not only ensures high stability and accuracy during the cutting process, but also improves the overall processing efficiency with amazing response speed. Compared with traditional manual operation, its efficiency can be up to 15 times more.
