1.Please download the Mi Home app first. After downloading, Click “Profile” – “Additional settings “.

2.In “Language & region”, set “Region” to “Chinese Mainland “.

3.Connect the power.

(1) Insert the power adapter cable into the camera power port, and the camera will automatically power on.

(2) The indicator light will be solid yellow, and you will hear a voice prompt indicating successful power-on.

1.What are the various video storage options for the camera, and what should be considered?

①The camera can operate without installing a MicroSD card. Without a MicroSD card, event videos will be automatically saved in cloud storage. If a MicroSD card is installed, surveillance videos will be stored 24×7 on both the cloud and the MicroSD card.

②For complete event video storage, additional payment is required to activate the VIP cloud storage feature.

③Purchasing a MicroSD card separately allows for rolling storage of surveillance videos 24×7, depending on the MicroSD card's storage capacity.

④ The camera supports only FAT32-type MicroSD cards. If the MicroSD card exceeds 32GB, it needs to be formatted in the camera to avoid any issues.

⑤ Once the MicroSD card is full, the camera will automatically delete the earliest videos in a loop recording fashion. To prevent file loss, it is recommended to regularly back up the MicroSD card files.

2.What should be considered during installation?

④Video lag may be due to insufficient network bandwidth. Click on the preview screen's [2K] icon and set the “Video Quality” option to “Auto .”

⑤If audio and video are not synchronized, check the camera's network connection or try restarting the Mi Home app.

5.What should be done if the picture is unclear, blurry, or the night vision is black?

①Before use, remove the lens protective film and regularly wipe the lens with a soft cloth to keep it clean.
