Q: The device fails to power on, screen remains blank, or cannot be switched off?

A: Verify correct wiring of the main unit's power cables. Correct connections are as follows: Yellow wire (B+) connects to a constant 12V power source; red wire (ACC) connects to the vehicle's ignition circuit. Identifying the ignition wire: This wire carries 12V when the engine is running and 0V when switched off. The black wire connects to the negative terminal. Check whether the fuse in the vehicle's power supply or the device's power interface has blown.

Q: Speakers are silent?

A: Verify the device's horn wiring is correctly connected. Strictly follow the interface definitions in the manual or vehicle body labels when connecting to the original vehicle horn. Failure to do so may damage the amplifier's power chip.

Q: Why won't it recall previously set radio stations or music?

A: Check whether the red and yellow wires are reversed. Ensure the yellow wire (B+) is always connected to the original vehicle power line.
